2. Ethical & Legal Use

You agree to use our monitoring software only for legal purposes. This includes:

• Monitoring your own minor children for their safety.
• Monitoring employees who have provided explicit, written consent to be monitored on company-owned devices.

Illegal Surveillance: Installing our app on a device you do not own or without proper legal consent is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions. KidsProtect will cooperate with law enforcement if misuse is detected.

3. License & Software

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for your personal or internal business use, subject to the terms of your subscription plan.

4. Subscription, Billing & Payments

All financial transactions are handled securely.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance.
• Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your dashboard.
• Third-Party Processors: We use Paddle and other secure gateways. We never store your full credit card information.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

KidsProtect is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or legal consequences arising from your use or misuse of the software. It is your responsibility to ensure the software is compatible with the target device.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is suspected of engaging in illegal surveillance activities without notice or refund.
